Welcome to kitchenkitten.co.uk.
kitchenkitten.co.uk is an online trading shop for Wildchilli
Limited (hereinafter refered to as "The Company"),
The Old Sweet Shop, Netting Street, Hook Norton, Oxon OX15
5NP. Wildchilli Limited have been trading for 8 years. Wildchilli
Limited also operates Readystore, which powers kitchenkitten.co.uk.
These terms and conditions relate to the supply of goods sold
through kitchenkitten.co.uk.
We reserve the right to make
changes to the website and the terms and conditions at any
time without notification.
All orders placed are subject
to acceptance by us. A confirmation e-mail will be sent on
receipt of order, containing the details of the order. The
order represents your offer to us to purchase a product. Acceptance
is made when we confirm by email despatch of the goods to
you, which constitutes a legally binding contract between
us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your
order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
Any product on the same order which has not been confirmed
in a confirmation e-mail of dispatch does not form part of
the contract.
For contractual purposes you
agree that communication by email satisfies any legal requirements
with regard to written confirmation.

2.
Pricing and Availability |
We endeavour to offer
consistently low prices across our range of products. All
prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of
UK VAT at the appropriate rate.
Some discounts are time and / or availability
limited offers. Placing an item in the shopping cart does
not reserve the right to receive the goods at the price
shown, where the goods are unavailable we will contact you
for further instruction. Due to the nature of offers, prices
will be subject to change. We reserve the right to change
prices without notification.
Mis-pricing
Occasionally, with the thousands
of products on offer an error is made in the price shown
on the website. If a product's correct price is higher than
our stated price, we will either notify you of cancellation
of order or process the transaction at no additional cost
to you, at our discretion. In the event of the correct price
being lower we will charge you the lower price.

| 3.
Delivery |
Although we generally deliver within
3 to 5 working days, please allow up to 28 days for the
delivery of goods where an item is available from stock.
In the event that a delivery date cannot be met, we cannot
be responsible for any loss suffered by the Buyer owing
to our inability to meet such dates. Delivery can only be
made to the mainland United Kingdom. Where the goods are manufactured to order, known as "Bespoke Goods", manufacturing may take several weeks and, though we endeavour to ensure delivery schedules are adhered to, delays may occur which are beyond our control.
Where an item has been despatched by courier, the goods
will require a signatory. Please take all reasonable efforts
to ensure the goods are checked upon delivery, which is
particularly important in the case of fragile goods, Please
also take care in opening and examining such goods. Wildchilli
Limited will not be responsible for loss or damage howsoever
caused in relation to the delivery of goods.

Returns and Refunds |
If you are not satisfied
with any of the products purchased online, you may cancel
your order within seven days of delivery, withe the exception of "Besoke Goods" as clarified below. Notice of cancellation
must be received from you in writing with 7 days of your receipt
of goods, by letter or email. Goods must be returned to us
with their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
The return of goods must be paid for by you. Where The Company
is required to recover the goods, the direct costs of such
recovery will be charged to you. Where reasonable care has
not been taken to ensure the return of the goods in good condition,
The Company shall have the right to make a claim against you
for breach of statutary duty. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
If you wish to exchange items for an
alternative item, costs apply as if processing through the
normal shopping cart. Any damage or loss in transit to goods
returned must be taken up with the mail service or courier
company used. We may provide a substitute product where
the product ordered is unavailable; if this product is unacceptable,
notification of cancellation is required as defined above.
Where goods are deemed to be faulty,
misdescribed or not fit for purpose, The Company shall reimburse
the cost of the return of such goods. In such a case where
the goods are established to be faulty, misdescribed or
not fit for pupose, The Company shall exchange, repair or
refund the goods.
Where goods are subject to a manufacturers
warranty or guarantee, The Company shall facilitate the
communication process with the manufacturer within the terms
of such warranties or guarantees.
With respect to goods manufactured to order, called "Bespoke Goods", once the order has been placed, the goods cannot be returned or a refund made for reasons other than that the goods are defective. The goods must be inspected immediately on arrival and any issues notified to us in writing.

Payments |
Processing
Your payment will be processed through
Paypal and be payable to Wildchilli Limited. Ready Store manage
the website and payments processing on behalf of kitchenkitten.co.uk.
ReadyStore is a trading name of Wildchilli Limited, Registered
in England and Wales No. 4134431. For more information see

Payment by Cheque
Where you chose to make payment
for goods by cheque, please allow for 7 days after receipt
of this cheque before your order will be processed. This
is to ensure sufficient time for funds to be cleared. Where
funds are not cleared, the order will not be processed and
we will notify you of th failure of cleared funds.

Customer Account |
You must ensure your
account and password details are kept confidential to prevent
unauthorized access to your account. You must let us know
if you believe your details have become known to anyone else
or if you believe anyone has accessed your account. Please
ensure your account details are kept updated.
We reserve the right to close an account,
cancel any order and remove or edit content at our discretion.

Site Access and Usage |
Although we will try to ensure the site
is available 24-7, it may be necessary to temporarily take
the site offline. We shall not be liable for any losses
that may occur as a result of the site being down.
You may download and print extracts from this website for
your personal, non-commercial use. Any use of extracts of
this website for any other purpose is prohibited.

Force Majeure |
We will not be liable for failure to
deliver, delay in delivery or for damage to any goods supplied
that is caused by anything beyond our reasonable control.

display screens. We cannot guarantee that the appearance
of colours of products shown on this site exactly match
the physical products. Natural products may show some colour
variations. All sizes quoted are approximate.
We provide links to affiliated and other companies. We do
not endorse or warrant the services they offer or the contents
of their websites. Kitchen Kitten does not accept responsibility
or liability for any of these companies. You should always
make your own enquiries when contacting 3rd parties.
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable
(including any provision in which we exclude our liability
to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any
other part of these conditions will not be affected. This
contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
with English law.
